Where the pacific ocean meets landscapes.
This region is located far from Russia’s capital, and reaching it required a 13-hour journey. However, every minute of the trip was worth it. The breathtaking landscapes, unique wildlife, and welcoming people made a lasting impression on me. After my visit, I genuinely began to consider living there permanently.
Vladivostok
This city is home to around 600,000 residents. It is built on hilly terrain, so walking around often means going up and down steep streets. I was especially impressed by the city’s architecture and its friendly people. Despite its remote location, the city continues to develop, offering good infrastructure and a large university.
Sakhalin
Sakhalin is the most beautiful place in Russia. Its nature has remained largely untouched by human activity and has been preserved in its natural beauty. The island is rich in diverse plant and animal life, offering breathtaking landscapes and a unique ecosystem that cannot be found anywhere else.
